Portfolio billing

A tier based on active units.

We total the active residential condominium units managed by your company across all active PROMP properties. Vacant units count; parking and storage units do not.

  • The first five active portal properties are included.
  • Each additional active property is $25/month, or $19.99/month during the Launch Partner term.
  • Upgrades apply on the next billing date.
  • Downgrades apply after the lower count is maintained for one complete billing cycle.
  • Archived and trial-only properties are not billable.

PROMP may verify portfolio counts and correct billing discrepancies.

Launch Partner Offer

Early pricing for early partners.

Launch Partner pricing is available to the first 10 qualifying new property management companies to sign up for PROMP.

  • The offer begins after the free trial and applies for the first 12 paid months.
  • After 12 paid months, service renews at the current regular price.
  • The renewal price is disclosed before signup.
  • Limit one Launch Partner offer per company.
  • Property website monthly and setup fees are not further discounted.

Eligibility and remaining availability are confirmed during onboarding.

For $29 per enabled property each month, your community receives a property website plus access to PROMP’s owner and tenant experience.

One-time setup: The first five website setups purchased by a management company are $249 each. Setup six and beyond is $499 each.

  • The first-five incentive may be used for any five properties, not only the first five in the portal.
  • You may purchase fewer than five websites.
  • Discounted setups must be ordered within 90 days after the paid portal subscription begins.
  • Unused discounted setup allocations expire after 90 days.
  • Cancelling and recreating a website does not restore an allocation.
